Pros; Nice comfortable bed. Fairly clean room, effective bathroom fan, controllable thermostat, decent breakfast. Cons: no hand soap in dispenser, difficult (broken) shower door, broken shampoo dispenser, pool closed ( in case you care).
Very clean staff was nice. Beds pillows were very comfortable.Breakfast was great. Would stay again and would highly recommend. Little pricey 240 for the night even though google said 163. Checked in after midnight for a 1 night stay passing through. Pay for what you get. Great hotel.
We had a great stay. The front desk lady who I missed her name sadly, was very friendly and let us know everything we needed to for our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot. This is a great place to stop
Great sleep. Rooms were fine. Parking was decent. No one really bothered me. The bed was actually really comfortable, with nice soft pillows. Room had a weird smell I couldn’t put my finger on. I think it was coming from the AC. Never could figure it out. Also the water just never got hot. It was a barely warm shower. Overall it was a good stay for the price.
The staff here was very friendly. The breakfast is all the same for Hilton, but is good here. Some weird stains on the cloth seat in the corner, but this hotel is usually very clean. I love the high ceilings. The bathroom is spacious compared to most hotels. Nice TVs that you can hook game systems to through HDMI, connecting to the internet on such game systems is almost impossible:(. Generic art on the walls but I appreciate it non the less. Large widows for when you want to let some sunlight in. I’d give this place a 4.5 :)
Needed a last-minute place to stay due to bad roads and was very happy with my experience at Holiday Inn. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere during a stressful travel situation
The girls working the reception were as nice as anyone could ever be. That is a super plus. Rooms sufficient. Breakfast typical IHG. Pool is down for good.
Room was clean (only the shower floor was had like dirt stuck to it, but nothing shower shoes weren’t able to solve). All the staff were friendly, breakfast was great. Did not disappoint at all. We had a wedding in Lancaster and this was the best place that was close enough to the venue we could find. There’s really not much around the area, however if you don’t mind the drive it is a good distance to stay in if you are planning on visiting Charlotte or Columbia and want to avoid the crowds and traffic.
